A New Job

Yesterday I accepted an offer to teach kindergarten in the Cambrian School District! I'm very excited!

Here are a few pictures of our new house! We got the keys on Friday, changed the locks, and started working!

The Circus is coming to town!

Well, we finally decided to up join the local circus. We don't tour for a while so we thought it would be good to get ourselves ready by living in a tent.
Everything was fine and dandy until I started hacking this funky stuff. Steph told me that we should probably not join the circus, so I guess we'll have the tents taken off this Thursday so we can scrape the popcorn ceilings on Friday with whoever wants to come and help.
All the sweet dark wood paneling is gone! Two of the three walls of the tub/shower are gone! We're jumping in with both feet and look forward to making this house our Home.

House Update!!

As of Tuesday afternoon, the seller's bank has accepted our offer and wants to close by Friday the 23rd. We're having the inspections on Wednesday and as long as those don't point out anything we don't already know, we should be ready to roll for next Friday!

God has given us patience throughout this whole process and we can't wait to use our house for His glory.
